Vegetarian and Low carb cheese chips! I found these great cheese slices at Sam's but you can use any cheese slices. When you cook them just cook one flavor at a time because each flavor cooks differently. I broke these in half, laid them on parchment paper on a baking pan, put them in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 min until crispy. After you pull them out of oven, let them sit for a few minutes to harden up. Serve plain or with your favorite dip. I can't keep my kids out of these!! ...
