Almond flour - 3 cups Egg - 1- slightly beaten Erythritol - 3/4 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp Canned Coconut cream - 1/3c Ghee - 4 tbsp Beat the egg, salt, melted ghee, coconut milk and gently mix all of it. Add erythritol and you will get a mix of semi gooey consistency. Add this mixture to almond flour and fold gently. Heat oven to 330 F, flatten the dough into small cookie shapes. Cook for 30 mins and cool for 20 mins
