Try this simple exercise at any time throughout the day, to refresh your energy and feel uplifted. As we go through each day, we tend to accumulate energies, some of which may be unwanted from other people, places, or events. It's very helpful to take a few moments to clear any energies that may not even belong to you. If you have a couple of small quartz crystals, you can hold one in each hand when you do this in order to amplify the experience. <3
Here's a simple gratitude exercise you can do anytime, anywhere: What can you see around you that you can appreciate? Perhaps it's as simple as the lighting in the room or the sunshine outside. Or maybe you notice the lovely color of something nearby. Perhaps it's the fact that you are sitting in a comfortable chair. Even the simplest things can be seen as beautiful, if you hold a positive attitude. Notice how your energy immediately improves when you do this!
You can have a positive impact on others by staying peaceful yourself. When other people feel your peaceful energy, it's like a soothing balm and a gift of hope. It helps others to realize that maybe things aren't so bad, if they see someone remaining calm and centered. It is very encouraging and comforting to others. And, of course, you receive the greatest benefit because you get to feel the center of that peace within you!
