This is the tutorial I used to make N's super-cute ruffle lamp for nursery. It turned out to be one of my favorite things in there, and probably the fastest/easiest project I did. I used the boys' old lamp stand and some remnant fabric. All I had to buy was a new shade 1/2 off at HL. Love, love it!
