Ingredients: For the Bars: ½ cup butter, softened ½ cup sugar ½ cup brown sugar ¾ cup peanut butter, divided 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt ½ cup quick oats 1 cup butterscotch chips For the Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 4 tbsp milk ¼ cup peanut butter Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F & grease a 9x13” pan. 2️⃣ Cream butter, sugars & ½ cup peanut butter.
