On NGS group, we're doing a study of Darlene Olivia McElroy & Sandra Duran Wilson's book "Surface Treatment workshop" This week we're looking at the section petroleum jelly. Paint or decorate surface as desired. The background is made with Distress Stain and re-inkers like the one this ATC. Then stamped image with black Archival ink.
