I call this "Confetti Basket." Supplies: Laundry basket and confetti (tissue paper cut into pieces). The basket keeps MOST of the confetti contained. Bonus points if you find a soft hamper, because they are more fun for baby to kick. My son gets so excited as I sprinkle the confetti above him and he watches it float down and land all around him. He kicks and flails and smiles :-) I recommend trying it with any baby, but especially the non-mobile ones.
