Those can be helpful for some folks, but the help is generally short-term. Long-term improvements require putting in consistent effort to strengthen the neck. There are many different neck strengthening exercises, but these are a few good ones. If you have a hypermobile neck like I do, you may need to work up to these exercises and start with isometric holds initially. For everyone else, you can still start with a smaller range of motion initially to see how your body responds before going into complete flexion or extension.
