Enjoy the aroma of traditional Indian breakfast with Oats and Spring Onion Parathas, with tons of fiber, protein and bare-minimum bad fat! The Recipe Friday Contest “Palate a Paratha” goes like this: If you are asked to make a paratha, what kind will you make? How will you add your ‘Midas Touch’ to a Paratha. Add a main ingredient of your choice (other than Oats & Spring Onion), low-calorie enough not to scare away your friend of course. Give a catchy name to your newly created stuffed paratha!

So simple and delicious ! it's 1/3 cup oat flour, 1 egg, 1/4 cup water, lots of Indian spices (turmeric, curry, cumin, coriander, etc.) chopped garlic, ginger, scallions, some petite peas and grated carrot...make on a cast iron pan with sesame oil. and cook for about 4 minutes per side!
