Pagans Minds - Heavenly Ecstasy (2011) Good progressive metal band from Norway. This fifth album is well-played and really good but inconstant. Some songs are very good while others are only average pieces. IMHO Celestial Entrance remain their best album with a mention to God's Equation! My rate : 8,7/10

Hostsonaten – The Rime Of The Ancient Mariner – Chapter One (2012); Based on the Poem by the English poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge, this album is a very good neo-prog album. The beautiful sound of Violin, Flute, Bagpipe and Soprano Sax is mix to the classical prog sound. This is the eighth album for Höstsonaten a project of Fabio.Zuffanti (Finisterre). My rate 9.2/10

Marillion - Sounds That Can't Be Made. - Again a very good album by one of my favorite prog band. Hogarth voice is fantastic, the first track "Gaza" is a real Marilion-type prog song. Lucky Man and Montréal are among the best piece of the album...my rate 9.5/10

Ange - Moyen-Âge (2012) What a beautiful surprise by this old-fashioned prog rock band. In my humble opinion, Ange made their best albums in the 70s (Cimetière des Arlequins, Par les fils de Mandrin...), but this last album is modifying my opinion. Containing very good piece like "Tueuse à gages, Un gout de pains perdu et Entres les gouttes" and other good songs (Le mots simples, Camelote), I will suggest this album to all prog rock fans...my rate 9.1/10

Machiavel - Eleven (2011) - a french progressive rock group which made their first album in 1976. This last album (their 11th) is only a honnest album with beautiful melody but that's all! Their best albums are still Jester and Mechanical Moonbeams! My rate : 7,7/10

RAK - The Book of Flight Very good album by a band unknown to me until now...on their web site, I red that it's the second album for this Swiss-based band. This album is really strong, melodic, dense...really what I call prog music. Those who loved "Unfolded like staircase" of Discipline will really appreciate this album. A must have in 2012....my rate 9.3/10
