Agua De Jamaica y Mango
Ingredients🌺 2 tbsps dried hibiscus flower 5 cups boiling water 1 large mango 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsps agave syrup 1 tbsp water Ice 🥭How to make mango hibiscus iced tea🌺 1. Hibiscus Tea: Add 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers to a tea kettle and pour in 5 cups of boiling water. Let it steep and cool down completely. To speed up the cooling process, transfer it to the fridge after 30 minutes. 2. Mango Purée: Slice a large ripe mango and add it to a blender with lemon juice, agave syrup, and a splash of water. Blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. 3. Serving: In a glass, add mango purée, ice, and chilled hibiscus tea. Stir well and enjoy!

Gluten free - 190 g de quinoa / 1 taza • - 1/2 cdta de polvo para hornear - 1/2 taza de agua Procedimiento: - Vamos a lavar la quinoa 4 veces hasta que el agua quede transparente, luego dejala en remojo por al menos 1 hora en agua potable. • - Vamos a la procesadora, sumamos el polvo para hornear, y el agua de a poco, hasta que veas que la textura este cremosa, más no muy líquida. - En un sartén rociamos con aceite, y cocinamos a fuego medio bajo. Y LISTO! Con esta cantidad te rinde aprox 6-7 rapiditas depende el tamaño que las hagas, las puedes congelar sin problema y te dura toda la semana.
