MANGO MOJITO 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) White Rum 1/2 oz. (15ml) Soda Water 1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup Splash Mango Puree Juice of Half a Lime Mango Chunks Mint Leaves Lime Wedges PREPARATION 1. Add lime wedges and mango chunks to base of glass and drizzle simple syrup on top. Muddle well to release juices. 2. Add mint leaves on top and middle briefly. 3. Fill glass with ice and add rum and mango puree. 4. Top with soda water and garnish. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
Frozen Coconut Mojito
FROZEN COCONUT MOJITO 2 oz. (60ml) Coconut Rum 1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice 2 oz. (60ml) Cream of Coconut 4 Fresh Mint Leaves Ice PREPARATION 1. Add ice, coconut rum, lime juice, cream of coconut and mint leaves to blender. Pulse until combined. 2. Pour mix into glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a mint leaves. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
