IPumpkin Pie Tarts Crust: 1 pkg IP Cereal, crushed 1 pkg maple oatmeal 1 tbsp oil 1 egg white Mix all ingredients together and press in to silicone muffin liners, bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until start to brown Filling: 1 pkg butterscotch pudding, prepared 1 egg 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Mix all ingredients together, pour in to baked shells and return to oven until they stop jiggling and brown on the top. Chill in fridge at least 1 hr.
