HOLY MOLY it was good!  Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. Wowzers! Chicken Pasta, Couscous, Slow Cooker Recipes, Cheddar Chicken, Pasta Dishes, Cheese Sauce

Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4. Serves 4 - 6.
