Veg Moonglet Sandwich

Method :
  • In a mixer jar, take 1 cup soaked Moong Dal
  • Add 1 small Ginger Knob
  • Churn to make fine batter
  • Transfer batter in a mixing bowl
  • Add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • Add a pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • Add Salt to taste
  • Give it a good mix
  • Further finely chop some veggies (Carrot, Onion, Green Chillies and Coriander Leaves)
  • Add these veggies into batter and mix it
  • Add finely chopped Tomato in the batter
  • Further heat the pan to make Moonglet
  • Pour 1 tsp Oil and wipe with a tissue
  • Pour batter on the pan giving it a square shape
  • Drizzle some Oil around
  • Flip and cook both the sides on medium heat until golden-brown
  • Further take Bread Slices
  • Apply some Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney
  • Place Moonglet on it
  • Place a Cheese Slice on it
  • Add Tomato & Onion Slices
  • Cover with another bread slice
  • Grill this sandwich on a pan
  • Enjoy Healthy & Delicious Veg Moonglet Sandwich
