Veg Moonglet Sandwich

Method :
- •In a mixer jar, take 1 cup soaked Moong Dal
- •Add 1 small Ginger Knob
- •Churn to make fine batter
- •Transfer batter in a mixing bowl
- •Add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- •Add a pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- •Add Salt to taste
- •Give it a good mix
- •Further finely chop some veggies (Carrot, Onion, Green Chillies and Coriander Leaves)
- •Add these veggies into batter and mix it
- •Add finely chopped Tomato in the batter
- •Further heat the pan to make Moonglet
- •Pour 1 tsp Oil and wipe with a tissue
- •Pour batter on the pan giving it a square shape
- •Drizzle some Oil around
- •Flip and cook both the sides on medium heat until golden-brown
- •Further take Bread Slices
- •Apply some Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney
- •Place Moonglet on it
- •Place a Cheese Slice on it
- •Add Tomato & Onion Slices
- •Cover with another bread slice
- •Grill this sandwich on a pan
- •Enjoy Healthy & Delicious Veg Moonglet Sandwich
