Formerly of Gary's Catfish and BBQ in Lebanon, Missouri purchased and opened the Cave Restaurant in Richland, Missouri. The restaurant, which seats 225 is located in a cave. Can you believe it? What a place. A real cave with waterfalls, fish ponds, a beautiful view of the Gasconade River, and delicious food.
