Net Beaded Hair Snood in Basic 8 Length - Etsy

This snood is my Net pattern and is in my standard length. This is a beautiful hair snood hand made in your choice of color for beads and thread with beads on every row. The first one shown in Burgundy cotton thread with 4mm Pearl beads on every row is a copy of one of the snoods I made for the television show Charmed which were worn by Alyssa Milano. There were two other colors she wore on the show (Sage Green-2nd Picture and Ecru) and I can make duplicates of those for you as well. Yes, I am the original maker of those snoods so you are getting something from the actual person who made them for the show. The burgundy one is already made and can be shipped right away. If you want a different color I can make it to order for you in several colors of both thread and beads. My orders take 2-4 weeks to get made and sent to you depending on how many I have in my "to be made" queue at the time of your order. I do not use nylon since it does not keep it's shape well and I don't like the quality of the finished item. I have been making snoods since 1996 and my original creations are still being worn by me today so they are made to last. Don't know how long yet since I haven't had one wear out on me but ask me again in another 15 years. :-) It does come complete with instructions on how to put it on and take care of your snood which is hand wash and hang to dry. My snoods are finished with an adjustable elastic cord which allows the snood to be tied to fit each individual person. Once tied I simply leave it tied when I take it off and it is a simple matter of stretching it back into place when I want to wear it again. The elastic cord is woven into the last row so that it is barely visible while wearing. This is a great addition to your Civil War, Medieval, Renaissance or SCA garb but can also be worn just cause it looks good.
