This is a vintage baby blue glass bell shaped like a woman or girl in an antebellum hoop skirt dress. She is holding a bouquet of flowers. The bell is 4 1/8" tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The bell is not signed or marked. I have not been able to identify the maker, although I have seen it attributed to Boyd.
