Bread, Salt, Wine Blessing

My friend Bre from Rooms for Rent wrote me back in 2017 with a special memory and request to letter these words — this House Blessing — made famous by George and Mrs. Bailey in "It’s a Wonderful Life" (1946). I treasured that idea in my heart until the time was right, and it actually wasn’t until last year that I saw that movie for the first time! This year was finally the year it felt right to create Bre’s request, and we are so excited to offer it to all of you. It’s in the Holiday collection, but it of course will make a beautiful piece year-round. Note: we think this would be so cute as part of a housewarming present! Especially in a little basket with a load of bread, some fancy salt, and your favorite wine!
