Own an Airbnb or short term rental? This one-page Word document is what we use to give guests all the basic information that they need. We post it on the refrigerators in every listing, and on the doors and hallways in our campground. This helps set expectations and reduces phone calls and messages.
You will receive a one-page Word doc that you can change however you would like. The fonts used are American Purpose for the headings and Arial Nova for the rest of the text.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A DOWNLOADABLE and EDITABLE Word doc (.docx). This can be edited in anything that can edit that extension (Google Docs, etc.) but will work best with Word. You can use OneDrive to edit as well.
