ESENES Worldwide, the NYC-based streetwear label founded by designer Justin Son, is literally putting the “AIR” in aquariums with a new sneaker dubbed the AQUAIRIUMS. ESENES (pronounced SNS, short for Sorry Not Sorry) takes the aquatic theme to a new level by adding gill-shaped bubbles to the shoe’s side panels and filling them with water and fish-shaped confetti, making each bubble its own mini aquarium. The upper is reminiscent of a Dunk Low and comes in grey and features a a scaly texture, resembling shark skin. Additional details include blue coral and black fish embroidery on the toe boxes, SNS AQU’AIR’IUMS branding on the tongue tags, and AJ4 tooling. The packaging is also aquarium-themed, coming in a black box with see-through lid, displaying blue wrapping paper with coral graphics and an SNS shark sticker. EUC
