1-13-15: Reps: 2  First attempt at a Niel Arey workout, and could not be more impressed! These workouts are easy and fun to follow, easy to customize, and provide an excellent workout (felt around a 4 RPE, 20 second switchovers, and high repetitions). Will definitely continue with these!
