In alice and wonderland there is an example of forced perspective when she first falls into the rabbit hole. She has to figure a way out of the room and eats something that makes her grow as shown in the illustration above. Milo Winter (Princeton, Illinois - August 7, 1888 – August 15, 1956) [1] was a well known book illustrator, who produced works for editions of Aesop's Fables, Arabian Nights, Alice in Wonderland, Gulliver's Travels, Tanglewood Tales (1913) and others. He trained at Chicago’s School of the Art Institute.
