Just made these! I used whole wheat flour, whole chia seeds, carrot and onion. Added a pinch of sea salt and a little olive oil . . . Delicious

Vegan Chia Seed Tortilla recipe ***I have to try this at least once. I'm not sure what I think of the majority of the tortilla being tapioca flour. It's probably possible to use any fresh, homemade nut or seed milk. I'll probably use pumpkin seed milk.
