Crustless Bacon (which I would omit) and Butternut Squash Quiche - super delicious and perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch and casual dinners. It's also decently healthy really easy to throw together!
Vegetarian Thanksgiving Main Dish: Butternut Asparagus Crespelle Tart via Henry of Sippity Sup. Author may tease vegetarians a little, but damn, what a recipe. A million hours of work, looks like, but also freaking amazing.
