Cortarla en rectangulos y dejarla remojando en agua con sal. escurrir y mezclar con aji panca licuado, ajo molido, oregano en polvo, vinagre, sal y pimienta.  colocarla en palos de anticucho y dorar a fuego muy lento en plancha, parrilla o sartén grande. acompañar con choclo saltado con mantequilla, papas doradas y la salsa de ají que mas te guste.
