I saw this post and have thought about it all day.  I have been trying to lose weight since January with no luck.  After reading this I have decided, I may never wear a bikini in public again, and my never be in single digit clothes again, but I can love the body God gave me for what it can do!!

A point said: Crossfit is helping me to set goal for strength and healthy body versus old goals to be "stick skinny" even of the scale doesn't move or my pants don't get smaller my body will be toned and beautiful :)

Regardless if the highest weight was at the delivery of my babes, I still never want to see it or within 25 lbs of it again!
