Zombie Brain Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 red velvet cupcake
• Pink butter cream frosting
• Corn syrup
• Red food coloring
1. Add
• Make ‘blood’ by adding a few drops of red food coloring to some corn syrup; mix well and reserve.
2. Frost
• Frost the cupcake with a base coat of buttercream.
3. Place
• Place remaining buttercream in a piping bag and pipe two lines down the center of the cupcake. Using these lines as a guide, pipe a mass of squiggles on each half of the cupcake, making a ‘brain’ like pattern.
4. Pipe
• Pipe reserved ‘blood’ mixture in squiggles of the frosting ‘brain.’
