Flexible rapier; 18th century, Toledo

A rapier, manufactured in the century by the technology of the old masters as a gift to one high-ranking person. Such exceptionally flexible rapiers were made in Toledo in the beginning of century. They were sold in gun shops and coiled.

Maker: Sam Lurquin, JS Website: samuel-lurquin.com From the maker: "Handle was carved ironwood. custody and damper are 28.42 Steel (hardened) and fintion blue gun, the blade is made of his new damasscus, baptized pattern (BadasSam) Depar on a principle of explosion damsscus, the idea was to try to create a damasscus pattern for a review of this knife. a brother named this knife "The Cerberus" !!"
