When in Barcelona walk right past the tourist traps near the (infinitely boring) Ramblas. We ate at this brilliant little Tapas bar in Born (nearest metro is Jaume). Moderately priced but such depth of flavour and texture. Fills up quickly with locals in the know so book if possible.
