I remember a few years back seeing a belt buckle gun. It was a PD lecture on frisking, and where weapons have been found hidden. The instructor took off his belt, and showed us a 1 shot .22 secured on the backside of buckle.    Here's another version, this is actually a functioning revolver made to look like a belt buckle.
