Alton Brown's Buff Smoothie    I've been drinking this for breakfast everyday for almost a month now and LOVE it! All quantities are weight, so owning a kitchen scale for this one is handy.    4 oz soy milk (I use skim)  4 oz acai juice (I use BomDia Acai10)  4 oz frozen blueberries  4 oz frozen strawberries  4 oz frozen peaches  1 frozen banana    Put everything in a blender the night before and pop it in the fridge. In the morning, blend and enjoy!! Keeps me full until lunch!!
