This room abuses the principles of proportion because all of the furniture, except the chair, is pushed up against the wall which leaves a very open space in the center which clutter on the outside. It could be corrected by bringing the furniture out and rearranging a little bit. The balance of this room is good with the beds on each side with the dresser in the middle. The rhythm seen on the bed is alteration because the blankets change size. There is not a big emphasis point in the room. There is harmony with the colors but almost too much, although there is a good function.
