Bacon Cinnamon Rolls- Umm yes please! Everything is better with bacon! I suggest cooking the bacon beforehand to make it crispy, chop it up and then add it to the rolls. Uncooked whole pieces of bacon will leave you with soggy rolls and super soft bacon.

I think it would work better to cook and crumble the bacon and sprinkle it over the dough with the cinnamon-sugar (if from scratch). If using store-bought rolls, be sure to cook bacon before; NO FLOPPY BACON!
