The Villains of Strawberry Shortcakeland. The Purple Pieman and Sour grapes! They would steal the berry kids' crop for there own selfish needs. Probably the least frightening of all villains. In the cartoon the Purple pieman would tap dance when he was up to no good.

I loved this as a kid! Especially the Mickey Mouse Fantasia!! The scene with the brooms and water pails.  :)

This is what my baton looked like.

I loved my baton! I remember twirling in a Christmas Parade. Before there were flag girls in the school band there were majorettes.

This paste, blunt scissors, colored paper, a pencil, some crayons, a ruler, a bit of glitter--and a kid could create WORLDS. It was a simpler time, eh?

I guess glue sticks hadn't been invented? I still remember kids eating the paste.
