Ingredients
1 cup of spinach
1 cup with a mixture of frozen pineapple, mango & banana
1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of moringa
1 teaspoon of spirulina
1 cup of coconut water
Juice from half a lime
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor for less than a minute or until smooth.
