Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding - adapted from Giada De Laurentiis. I actually made Giada's recipe on 12/29/13. The only difference between this recipe and Giada's is Giada calls for unsweetened vanilla almond milk, she specifies grade B maple syrup, and she uses strawberries and toasted sliced almonds mixed with about a teaspoon of the maple syrup for the topping. So easy and will definitely be making again and again.
