Chia energy bars! Used Sunmaid Fruit Bits in place of raisins and increased to 1 cup, 1/2 cup each of quinoa flour and ground flaxseeds + 1 cup of hemp seeds in place of oats, added 1/2 cup of coconut. Pistachios were my nut of choice. I "mashed" the banana in my stand mixer and let the chia seeds sit in the mashed banana for a few minutes to soak up the liquid. Ended with a thick batter like consistency which I pressed into a coconut oil greased 9x13 pan.
