I used the sauce portion of the recipe, but kinda changed how I cooked it so there was less oil and more veggies.  Added red pepper flakes for some heat.  GREAT!

Mongolian Beef: amazing :) kenzie even liked it. Better than the elephant bar since I did have to pick out onions, mushrooms or peppers.   Made with 1/8tsp ginger and 1/4tsp garlic powder instead of fresh ingredient. Had to add a tablespoon or two or cornstarch to make the sauce thicken. Served with brown rice.
