Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting *1 cup Raspberries *8 oz cream cheese *2 tbls sweet blend *1/2 cup heavy cream *Combine thawed berries and 8 oz cream cheese with sweet blend and mix well. For a completely smooth filling, use a high powered blender or mix by hand or other mixer if you like the pieces of fruit in your filling. Set aside. *In a separate container, whip cream until it thickens and stiff peaks form. Fold in berry mixture to combine. Chill until ready to use.
