Fall In Love (Explore October 18, 2013) by Anne Worner on Flickr.

Autumn is the season for many simple enjoyments such as finally getting to wear your favorite sweater and drinking your favorite cup of coffee/cocoa. But most of all, autumn is full of breathtaking fall foliage.

Outdoor Sculpture: Try sorting fallen leaves by color. If you're leafless, stack stones in towers, or arrange sticks on the ground in spirals and swirls. When your child's masterpiece is complete, take a photo, then leave the art to surprise the next nature lover who comes along. (Blog we love: This leaf project is from http://lilfishstudios.com, where Lisa Jordan shares her family's adventures in the woods of Minnesota.)

This is a color scheme found in nature. The colors against the brown table really pop. This color scheme is warm and could be used to emphasize something or grab someone's attention.

Orange you glad that I pinned this pin (even if you're not grateful for the bad pun)?
