Rosemary-Garlic Potatoes These are so good! Incredibly easy (cook in the microwave!), these are a great side to just about any meat. Be sure to use lots of salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary. Totally making these again.

Rosemary-Garlic Potatoes - I added Tony Chachere's and salted and peppered before nuking. I still prefer stovetop cooking, but this was successful. Use less oil.
