MONK'S STOUT Dupont Black body, very large tan foamy tan head fades. Flavor is quite dry, roasty and a bit tangy, mild fruity yeast character. Aroma is metallic and mildly roasty malt, lightly yeasty Belgian character. Average plus body is fairly effervescent. Gains a fairly minerally undercurrent as it warms up. It feels overly carbonated based on the mouth-feel and giant head.
