baked oat yogurt cups

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • ingredients: (makes 4 cups)
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 2 tbsp runny nut butter (I used @ground almond butter)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup/agave
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350F
  • 2. Mash the banana and add in the nut butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Mix together.
  • 3. Then add in the rolled oats and salt and mix until a dough forms
  • 4. Press into a GREASED (very important!) muffin pan
  • 5. Bake for 14 minutes
  • 6. Let cool for 5 and remove
  • 7. Add yogurt, fruit, granola, etc!
