Creamy Pumpkin Pasta with Parmesan & Sage - We made this a few nights ago and while the baby and I liked it, the rest of the family did not.  Also, made as directed it was kind of bland so I added quite a few more spices (cumin, garlic powder, more nutmeg, salt and pepper).  I don't think we'll be in a real big hurry to try this again.

Produce  2 cans	 (14-oz each) stewed diced tomatoes, stewed 2 bags	 (16-oz each) fresh baby spinach, fresh leaves 4 cups	 Button mushrooms 3	 Garlic cloves Condiments  1 cup	 Tomato sauce Pasta & Grains  1 box	 Shells, Jumbo Baking & Spices  1	 Salt and fresh ground pepper Oils & Vinegars  3 tbsp	 Olive oil Dairy  1 cup	 Daiya Mozzarella cheese, (or other cruelty-free cheese)

Made the pumpkin puree from scratch, left out the cottage cheese and cheddar. Turned out great!!! Didn't have a mix of Italian herbs on hand so used oregano, thyme and rosemary.
