three layered yellow cake with swiss meringue butter cream frosting. It was quite easy to make, and so dang delicious! That frosting had ten sticks of butter in it! Isn't that insane! I tripled the recipe to cover the whole thing. Pretty sure everyone gained five pounds just from the cake!
