Guts by Kristen Johnston. She reminds me of me with the profanity (though I am trying to be better!). She's recovering from a long battle with both alcohol and pill addictions; I am recommending this book to all my clients who struggle. Johnston's book really helps the reader understand "how it happened" given her own traumatic childhood background/experiences. A great read!
