JLB morning glory muffins - (how I made them) 1 cup flour, 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp b.soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 cups shredded carrots, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/2 coconut, 1 shredded apple, 3 eggs, 1 cup applesauce, 2 tsp vanilla. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 (197 calories, 5.9 g fat, 2.9 g fibre, 4.9 g protein)
