1 lg spaghetti squash 1/4 c soy 3 cloves garlic 1 Tbsp palm sugar 2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp white pepper 2 Tbsp oil 1 onion 3 stalks celery 2 c coleslaw mix  Cut squash lengthwise, scoop out seeds. Lay skin side up in pan in 1/2" water. Bake @ 400  30-40 min, until flesh is tender. Scoop flesh & set aside.  Mix together soy, garlic, sugar, ginger & pepper-set aside.
