A fun vintage quilt top with Sunflower Sue appliques was upcycled into this great apron. There are six doll applique blocks in the colors of pink, blue, red, yellow and green. Pink and white floral fabric is between each of the blocks. The quilt top was placed on top of a pink apron. It is, in a way, reversible.
